l have been insured with your company for several years up to and including Christmas 2019 and New Year 2021 when we returned from Spain.
On the renewal date l received a reminder to renew it, why in the middle of a pandemic when everything and everywhere is closed would l need to renew our travel insurance, it would have been so nice to have received a refund for the part of the year that it could not be used or even move it forward to reduce the cost of this years cover.

I needed to extend my insurance & sent a request to do so, I didn’t have to wait long for a response & after answering a few questions my request was granted & replacement documents sent via email . Remarkably no increase in payment & no admin charge !!! So pleased I took up the insurance from top dog . They will be my insurer from now on !!

After an accident in Turkey my wife ended up in hospital . There were a lot of difficulties due to language and very expensive phone calls but the problems were overcome and expenses paid in full. I can only say to have a good phone and i pad if possible. I have took another policy with the same company and hope i can travel this year.

YOUR WEBSITE DIDN'T WORK PROPERLY THEREFORE IN ORDER TO GET A QUOTATION I HAD TO CONTACT YOU BY PHONE.LENGTHY WAIT AND AN EVEN LONGER DISCUSSION TO ARRIVE AT A POLICY. HAD RECOMMENDED YOU TO A FRIEND WHO EXPERIENCED THE SAME PROBLEM AND GAVE UP TRYING TO DEAL WITH YOU.

It was certainly easy to buy online and I am pleased with the product, as I have always been in the past...
The only problem this time is that I never received any paperwork....just a thank you for your purchase....

I purchased multi trip insurance with Top Dog a couple of days ago. They have taken my money straight away but have sent no documents. I have tried using the contact form but to date haven't received any reply. Reading the reviews on here I am now thinking this is a rogue company and am worried about what would happen if I needed to make any claims. Considering cancelling as am within 14 days cooling-off period.

Bit disappointed I had to move my holiday last year to this and this year to next. Top dog wanted to charge me to do this the second time. Under the circumstances of the pandemic I think it’s a little unreasonable.

Fortunately, we have not had to make a claim at any time. TopDog Insurance offers us everything we need in terms of cover at a very competitive price each year. There are plenty of options to choose from and any minor health issues are dealt with suitably.

So far only had a quote and a policy. Acid test will come of I have to make s claim.
Cant comment further at this stage.

I took out insurance and paid for the extra cover for covid .... jet 2 have cancelled my holiday and the insurance will only refund 50% of the premium paid . Disgusting service we can’t go through no fault of
